So day before yesterday we went to Balboa Park in San Diego. It's really beautiful here with all of the Sculptures and Fountains.

Joli really enjoyed the Fountains and she kept calling them mountains :)

Here we are at the Prado Restaurant. This place has very delicious food and they were even one of the best in the New York Times!

Cole was very fussy most of the time until I got him out of his stroller then he was as happy as could be!

We decided to sit outside and it was really nice.

I got sangria and it was the best sangria I have ever had!

The picture above is the San Diego Museum of Art. Which I didn't get to go in because our children were being fussy.
But in the Art Store I bought Joli a Necklace and a Braclet and here she is showing them off.

This is a beautiful tower. I wish I had time to learn about the history behind the archetecture but when you have 2 fussy children things that you can do are limited.

This was a beautiful garden with purple flowers yay!

Cole wondered why he couldn't go swimming. Since swim lessons on wednesday it seems like he just wants to be in water!

Here is another beautiful building this one is the botanical gardens that we also did not get to go into, but it was fun seeing everything outside 2!

I just love these buildings.

We had a great day on Thursday and we are sad to leave on today but we had lots of fun with lisa and joli and now onto see ryan's family in LA

Baby Girls, Baby Boy

We went to Chris and Kacie's (good friends of lisa and joe) house today to visit. Here are Lisa and Cole hanging out on their grass. Cole loves Auntie Lisa!

Cole is soo amazed by his hands and fingers.

I think Cole was watching their little dog. he would get soo excited about bailey. I think because bailey is the same kind of dog as Zoey(my parents dog). Cole is not however fond of lisa's 90lb dog kota.

I got to hold Kacie and Chris' new baby girl Charlotte! Cole thought she was awesome and he told me he wants a baby sister someday. (ha ha daddy)

Cole loves Joli. If she is around he is entertained by her for hrs.

This is Kacie with her baby girl! She looks fantastic for just having a baby!

Some of the bluest eyes i've ever seen! My son is georgous! Or handsome! Whatever you want to call it. Even though i want a little girl someday. I could never love anything more than my beautiful baby boy!

It was great getting to visit with Chris, Kacie and Charlotte! We all had a good time. Lisa and I also took the kids to swim lessons today and it was the first time cole was ever in a pool and he loved it!!! He was splashing like crazy. It was really cute. Unfortunately we couldn't get any pictures of it because lisa and I were in the pool with them and there was no one to take pictures for us. It was a good day.

A Wonderful Day at the Beach

Here we are having lunch outside in beautiful coronado! It was a perfect day today!

We had so much fun at the beach today with lisa and Joli!

Cole seemed to really like it also!

The very first time his little feet ever touched sand or the ocean and i think he wasn't sure about it at first.

There were warm waves and cold waves and when a cold wave would come he'd pull his legs out of the water. It was funny! He'd also scream MAMAMAMA!!!

Then when he'd had enough he would try to climb me like a monkey!

He was saying mama mama mama like he was irritated that I put him back into the water. lol It was pretty funny because the water wasn't cold or anything.

He had to wear his hat without his sunglasses today because everytime I put his sunglasses on him now he takes them off and tries to stick the sides down his throat! No sunglasses for Cole.

He kept starring at the sand and the water like he thought it was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. he would say ooooooooo!

He is such a little ham sometimes!

There were lots of beautiful seashells in the sand and so many little tiny sand dollars!

I love my baby's hugs!

When we got back to the house we gave the kids a bath and I think both of them were completely out of it. They were so tired. the sun wore them out!

We had a great day at the beach today! Cole thinks joli is the funniest thing ever! It's been a fun trip so far!

Fun with Lisa and Joli

We got to Lisa's house on sunday and we've been having a great time together! Cole just loves joli and I think she loves him 2!

Joli wasnted Cole to play dress up with her. Fortunately she has something not gender specific!

Cole wasn't sure at first about Joli's ball pit but eventually he saw that there were tons of little balls for him to play with then he was happy!
